Although the product I ordered online seemed to be quite elusive when posted to me, I was kept fully informed about the delays and revised dates.

No negative feedback. There was a lead time but that was indicated up front. Your supplier were also good enough to call me with a status update. Goods arrived today, inside the stated lead time. Very happy with the service. DB ...David Buxton

Delivery slower than a lot of on-line companies but that didnt matter. However, I was promised to be advised of an am or pm slot when the delivery date was known but I had to request this.
All in all though, I received what I ordered and it was delivered on the day and at the time I was advised and it was easy to get in touch as the email link takes you direct to the correct page every time - not like some where you then have to log in and then find out where they want you to go.
