My Product has
a Fault... what do I do?
If there is a problem with the goods, please contact
us as soon as you become aware of the problem with the
goods and stop using them. We will deal with the matter
in accordance with your legal rights.
Fair Play
At MyTub Ltd we operate a fair play policy to protect
you and us. We will warrantee anything our suppliers
see as being down to a manufacturers fault. Occasionally
people try to warranty products unfairly (i.e. when
a product had been abused) or change their mind about
a product well into its usage. We do our best to resolve
problems but don't consider this fair play. Ultimately
we want happy customers - so please be fair with us
and we'll be fair with you.
Loss or damage in transit
If the goods are lost or damaged in transit, please
let us know promptly.
Returning Goods
DO NOT post any goods to this
office, receiving goods is not possible and will
be refused.
Please contact us before doing anything. Due
to the fragile nature of the majority of our goods,
we use our own distribution network for deliveries and
returns. We arrange the pickup of all our goods by our
own distribution network, this ensures that any loss
or damage in transit is our responsibility and not yours. There maybe a charge returning your goods, this could be up to 25%.
Exceptions to the returns policy;
Unless product is deemed to have a manufactures fault,
printed circuit board (PCB) parts/spares, gas carrying
parts, items that we have to order especially for you
in to the company and made to order items are none returnable.
Product Price Errors
We do our best to ensure product prices on our web site
are up to date and correct but errors occur occasionally.
Please email us if you think there is a problem.
Secure Payment
MyTub Ltd accepts most major credit cards for online
orders and uses 128 bit SSL so your information is safe.
You'll be asked to enter your card details and the name
and the address of the card holder when you place your
order. These details are checked and we may hold an
order until we receive correct details. We'll contact
you if we find the card or address details to be incorrect.
Worldwide Customers
We welcome sales from customers in other countries ,prices
exclude UK Sales Tax (VAT), currently at 20%,
which may not be payable by foreign customers; however,
additional delivery charges will apply. Please telephone
and we will do our best to assist. Please note that
product warranties will not be valid outside of the
UK.
Pricing
All prices are in pounds sterling and exclude VAT where
applicable. Any exceptions will be clearly marked on
the website where relevant. Prices may be subject to
change without notice. In the event of pricing mistakes
you will be notified prior to your order being processed.
Payment
You may pay by any major credit card or debit card,
bacs transfer, or by cheque. Please do not send money
(notes) in the post.
Product Availability
Items shown on this website may not always be in stock.
If any of your chosen items is not in stock, you will
be advised of our best estimate of availability and
delivery date within 2-3 days of you placing your order.
Please note that an indication of such dates is an estimate
only, may be subject to change without notice, and does
not constitute a contractual obligation by MyTub Ltd
to supply goods by a certain date. However, if availability
is unduly delayed, we will use our best endeavour to
keep you informed.

website may be affected by the technology used to access
it. Whilst we do our best to faithfully reproduce colours,
some variation may occur.
