I initially phoned for information and received very helpful advice, and was able to order the goods online and arrange local delivery at no extra cost. Sir/Madam,
I run a relatively small maintenance company where cost/profit ratio is king. I am also new to "my Tub." I placed my first order, today, over the internet, a lady called me back to ensure I was receiving best value for money for my requirements.
