Very good service but I did not receive all I need for my gas fire. I thought I had ordered a complete set of replacement coals but I only have the loose coals and no fitted coals for front, back and sides of fire. Do I need another order no. for these The fire is on the front of a Baxi back boiler no. 0579299 described by gas engineer as 9 plus years old. I have recently moved into house. Got part but feel delivery cost was excessive it was near as much as the product.
You need a simple postal mail option for small items.

22 days from date of order was far longer than expected. Maybe you should indicate that goods are out of stockex stock at the point of order.
