I wanted a folding shower screen finding one to fit my specification proived difficult but Mytub staff were very helpful and patient. I had tried everywhere to obtain grill oven element for my cooker and you were the only company able to fulfill my order, couple that with exceptionally fast delivery makes you one of the best suppliers of domestic spares I have found. Will definitely be added to my list of suppliers.

Was rather disturbed initially that the order would be delayed some two weeks or so. It was not an issue for me at the time as I keep spares of this rather unreliable and fragile item. However, if I did have a faulty part, I would have had much inconvenience.
Service itself was great. i was always kept in the loop about the order from MyTub who eventually delivered.

Excellent service. Was updated by e-mail regularly re delivery. When I contacted My Tub by phone the customer advisor was very helpful.

Order arrived very quickly. The basket looks good and is now up in the shower. I bought it because it said rustproof and has a 15 year guarantee. It will take time to assess this but Is brass with a chrome finish so it should be fine.
