I found the service excellent. MyTub were able to re-arrange the expected delivery to a much earlier date to enable me to complete an installation within a time constraint at no extra cost. The availability and the price of this product was second to none. Sadly the delivery service to the pick up depot was not to such a high standard as this very fragile part arrived in a less than adequate envelope broken despite being marked fragile. This was quickly replaced by you and was carefully looked after at the depot. An extra quid or so on better packaging would be better to speed delivery and reduce returns.

Thank you for ensuring that I got the parts before Christmas due to the parts being out of stock.
However I would not have ordered from you if your website had told me that you were out of stock when I placed the order!!! I had to pay the shipping to get the parts on time.

I am quite pleased with the service. The order arrived when promised although the driver of the lorry was a bit upset because he had a very large lorry and we live in a very small lane. In addition the address was incorrect. The house name is Avalon and is on Old Barn Lane in Churt, Surrey.
