I wanted a folding shower screen finding one to fit my specification proived difficult but Mytub staff were very helpful and patient. Got part but feel delivery cost was excessive it was near as much as the product.
You need a simple postal mail option for small items.

After a great deal of research I decided on MyTub to supply the "necessary" for my bathroom remodel. This is was my first encounter with MyTub and I was NOT disappointed. From the outset they had everything I needed and at a very competive price. It was a pleasant change and maybe one which helped me decide on MyTub, to hear a North of England accent. Any real or perceived "problem" was quickly dispelled by Customer Service, another point which instilled my confidence in the company.
