I really appreciate the care that your staff took to identify a way that I could get the items and the courtesy with which they notified me. Your price was competitive but the item took longer to arrive than I would have expected. I suspect that it wasn't actually in stock and had to be sourced. Apart from that, no problems. Item fitted and all working well.
