MyTub was very helpful with my order, after the replacement item I needed turned out to be discontinued. Christine was helpful in liaising with the manufacturer to identify a suitable alternative that would work in my bathroom without drilling more holes in the tiles. Got part but feel delivery cost was excessive it was near as much as the product.
You need a simple postal mail option for small items.
