Very happy with the service. I actually ordered a different model of thermostat control however Mytub sent me an ungraded version as the one I ordered wasnt available. Easy to use website and the delivery was quick. When I did contact them they were quick to respond and very helpful. Would highly recommend.

Thanks to the tenacious efforts of Brenda and Christine you have been able to locate and supply a vital, but rare component for my very old boiler. Without this part the boiler would probably needed to be replaced. I was constantly informed as to progress, always in an efficient and courteous manner. The bath was delivered on time but I have not had a chance to check it yet as it is being fitted on Boxing Day by my son. Hopefully everything will be ok. The service by the company was first class with their delivery so I am sure that the bath will be ok. Many thanks

Thank you I received my order Monday 31 October as notified.
I hope thiis lasts longer than the original bracket which broke a week out of guarantee. I think there must have been a fault and the chrome must have covered up the fault in the casting.
