Everything went very OK but delivery. I placed the order and made the payment on December 23rd, 2010, with a kind request for special care since it was kind of an emergency.
I received a message advising that delivery was CONFIRMED (not estimated) on DEC 30th (refer to my order), but actual delivery took finally place on JAN 7th.
You may agree that £25.20 fee for 15 days to cross the channel (I live in Paris) is difficult to accept for me especially during such a cold winter :-(
I certainly will not renew the experience, although you have good products at very competitive prices because one can not afford to wait for 15 days to have his heater fixed during winter time.

Items took a bit long to arrive and one arrived damaged BUT the service from the laides in customer service is second to none. Friendly, helpful, so easy to deal with, always happy to help, would def recommend and will def buy from here again.

Dear Sirs,
I have now received my order thank you. I did not receive on the day I was originally told it would arrive and did not receive any call to advise me. It was only when I contacted you after 4pm as I was notified due to there not being enough drivers I would not get it. I was then told it would come the next day. When I advised I could not take the order due to work commitments I was asked if i could collect it. I thought this was a bit inconsiderate when I had taken a day off and sat in all day wasting an entire day for nothing. When I asked if it could be delivered Monday as I had a pre booked holiday I was assured it would be with me first thing and it was. Would be useful if you could give more specific information regarding delivery datestimes via email. Also had to wait over a week for delivery which is quite poor.

You had the exact part for an old model fire which was great, and from order to delivery was only a few days. Again, well done. The only thing that I struggled with, was the option of collecting from an outlet, of which I think were 755 places. I couldnt find the locations anywhere. Perhaps for trade only All in all great service and would use you again
