Was rather disturbed initially that the order would be delayed some two weeks or so. It was not an issue for me at the time as I keep spares of this rather unreliable and fragile item. However, if I did have a faulty part, I would have had much inconvenience.
Service itself was great. i was always kept in the loop about the order from MyTub who eventually delivered.

The service was overall good.
Nevertheless the delivery charges should be made clearer as no explanation is made that items could be delivered separatly and different charges can apply.

No issues really. Found the ordering process fairly straight forward. Slight confusion in regards to the stock availabilitylead times but it all ended well. Customer service very helpful.

Fantastic communication - so quick - couldnt speak more highly of the service I received. The item took a while to arrive but was not going to mainland UK so probably explains it and I wasnt in a hurry for it anyway. Kept me informed every step of the way. I am very happy with my order and the way it was dispatched. There was a slight delay due to the Christmas and New Year period. I was kept well informed throughout and once into the new year my order was dispatched. I would recommend myTub for heating supplies.
