The goods you ordered are specialist commercial and not a common item. I also see there where 3 items to your order but only one was stock checked which maybe the result in your disappointment, I am sorry you have been inconvenienced.

Easy website to use. Item took six days to arrive, but well packaged and far cheaper than if bought locally by myself.
