I was pleased overall with my purchases. I did have a couple of questions about the products and delivery time which were answered although this took quite a long time. Ordered my toilet cistern lid through my tub as they had by good reviews. Even though it took a couple of weeks to arrive due to out of stock their customer service was excellent and my order status was well informed so I know when it will be ordered. I was even able to change my order date! Would recommend to use them.
