Delivery exceptional !! Despite awful weather conditions my Water King Sentry was delivered on the day promised. I didn't expect that. also customer services were a pleasure to deal with. Nothing too much trouble. In all a very pleasurable experience dealing with MyTub. My thanks particularly to Christine.

Initial customer service was excellent. However despite placing the order at 9am on a Thursday and getting a confirmed delivery date of the Friday the branch that held the part somehow managed to neglect to send it either on the Thursday or Friday. If I hadnt chased the delivery Im not sure whether it would ever have been sent at all! However Jeanette in customer service did everything she could to sort out the error and we eventually received the part on the Tuesday afternoon. I asked if there was anything that could be done on the postage and they refunded it in full. Overall great telephone service but massively let down by the branchs performance.

Very satisfied, but i have to say was slow. Other places deliver withiin a few days, but thank you all the same, you were cheaper than other places, so all in all, was worth waiting a few more days for.

MyTubs service was exceptional! The gentleman went out of his way to help me with my rather obscure request. In fact, he took it on as a personal quest, going off to investigate, calling me back and showing a genuine interest in solving my problem. My only negative comment would be that the website or the part that I was searching could do with more photographs.
