We did enquire whether there was a more efficient way of you sending a very small product to us in the post so my only suggestion would be a more economic postage price in addition to your standard. Bit of a muddle on delivery which meant I stayed in for best part of a day but 3rd time lucky. Advice to others: always check first thing if item on the van on deliivery day. Otherwise the product and service were excellent.

Excellent service and communication. Ordered a regulator for Stoves oven which was obsolete, My Tub contacted Stoves for replacement part information. It was cheaper than original item. We searched around the net to find fitting instructions, so less than £25, much cheaper than the £900 we feared! Would highly recommend and definitely use again, thank you!
