I was without a working fridge for about a week while waiting for a part ordered from another supplier. Eventually found out that the part was out of stock. The pedestal was damaged when it was delivered last Friday - as the driver managed to let it slip out of his hand onto our driveway. However, a replacement was delivered within a few hours.
