Order delivered on day stated but felt that it took far too long. Would have liked to receive it in a couple of days not weeks. But we are happy with product.

Service was excellent. I placed an order and received both confirmation and anticipated dispatchdelivery details.
I also received a further e-mail to advise that the parts that I had ordered would be delivered on a specific daydate within the expected delivery timescale and the parts arrived, exactly as advised.

Despite an serious error on my first order with MyTub I was suitably relieved to have the matter professioinally and honestly resolved as it was apprantly due to a typing error on your webpages which has subsequently been rectified. Order arrived a day earlier than expected, which was a bonus. Vendor delivered exactly as promised. I’ll use this supplier again.
The only criticism is that the package 3 small tubes came in a box used to supply paper, full of shredded paper!
