The delivery invoice had an incorrect street number on it but the delivery man used his initiative and called me, so the goods got delivered. I had barely placed the order and received an automated email from you before one of your sales representatives, Laurie, was on the phone explaining the error of my ways and checking stock availablity on two alternatives and which he confirmed you had in stock and that he would subsequently arrange to be dispatched.
