I really appreciate the care that your staff took to identify a way that I could get the items and the courtesy with which they notified me. Absolutely great service. There was a problem with a delayed delivery date on my order and mytub pulled out all the stops to re-arrange order. Really great that you can chat to them directly - and within 3 rings.
