Product, price and feedback to customer were excellent but delivery contractor was unreliable. Delivery was eventually two days later than originally promised.

Credit where credit is due, recently we have had to use several warranties in our home to fix the cooker, dishewasher and boiler. I can say without a shadow of doubt the ease of dealing with your company was unbelievable, at every turn Your team kept me informed and answered my questions within 1 to 2 hours, you managed to source parts when the manufacturer could not and when you said things would arrive they did. Once again we have been kept up to date with the order process from start to delivery. Delivered on time and does what it says on the tin. Wouldnt hesitate to recommend or use again - which in deed we have.
