Delivery was not as stated and when I rang to mention the item had not been delivered, I was was simply told I would receive a future email. This isnt good customer service. I rang you and hence Ii would expect a phone call back with email confirmation of when I could expect the item delivered.

Thanks. That sums it up really. Great product, great price, great customer service, kept me informed at all times. Quick delivery with no issues. Told when the delivery would be, called beforehand spot on.

I found your staff exceptionally helpful and very pleasant to deal with. Rachel went out of her way to help me and I am glad to say that the item was delivered early on the Friday which allowed me to sort out my bathroom before our guests arrived. Got part but feel delivery cost was excessive it was near as much as the product.
You need a simple postal mail option for small items.
