You didnt tell me the items were not in stock until after i had placed the order. Thats a bit sneaky as other suppliers tell you before you place the order and give an estimated delivery date. I suggest you start doing this as next time I will be more carful in placing an order with you until I have looked at the other sites forst. ...Dave Mills

Christine in your sales department was very helpful and helped me track down some parts for a boiler i was struggling to find elsewhere. She sourced the parts you did not have on your website which was very helpful indeed.
I have never used you before and would be happy to again. My only complaint is that on your website you have a big selection of parts which is great but for someone like me who is not that sure of what they are buying from a description as a DIYer its very important to have pictures to reassure that what you are looking at is what you want. I found one of the parts i wanted on your website but quickly looked else where because there was no picture. Everything went very OK but delivery. I placed the order and made the payment on December 23rd, 2010, with a kind request for special care since it was kind of an emergency.
I received a message advising that delivery was CONFIRMED (not estimated) on DEC 30th (refer to my order), but actual delivery took finally place on JAN 7th.
You may agree that £25.20 fee for 15 days to cross the channel (I live in Paris) is difficult to accept for me especially during such a cold winter :-(
I certainly will not renew the experience, although you have good products at very competitive prices because one can not afford to wait for 15 days to have his heater fixed during winter time. ...Raymond TOPIN
