Hi there.. I called yesterday and spoke to Christine, O.K. the order took just over a week to receive. Please could someone advise me that what sort of period can you offer on guarantee Does this part come from Ideal Standard or from third party For example, there some changes on colour, its grey,and not white finish, from its exsiting and original part and the bar looks slimmer, and its down size on the actual blue float. I am very disapointed by the service you offered to the extent I would postively recommend others not to use your company. To advertise products for sale, then not be able to deliver them till over 30 days after the order has been placed is not acceptable. To insist that when buying two products it is necessary to pay seperate postage on both seems unreasonable.
