My order was fulfilled by Plumb Centre, Reading who not only failed to turn up on the agreed morning, but also sent the wrong sink their picking error - the paperwork sent to them was correct.
However, Jeannette sorted it all out for me and managed the situiation through to a satisfactory conclusion.
Well Done !
As such, I would have no problem ordering from MyTub again.

I was very impressed with the service you provided. I was pleased overall with my purchases. I did have a couple of questions about the products and delivery time which were answered although this took quite a long time.
