I really appreciate the care that your staff took to identify a way that I could get the items and the courtesy with which they notified me. i wont be using you again it took you two weeks to send par tfor the boiler has been repaired using parts from another supplyer as a gas engineer it is not possible for me to leave a boiler of for two weeks
