Re Delivery.
On the order form I added that the part could be left in a safe place.
Only to be told that it would have to be signed for.
When I emailed on the day asking for an idea of a time, I was told that the delivery was on its way but that you didnt have the drivers itinerary and couldnt give any time.
Eventually, late afternoon, the part arrived.
If Id have known that you had a tie with parts centre I could have picked it up at a branch.
All other companies I deal with deliver to a safe place nominated by me.
I wont say I wouldnt use My Tub again, but I would think twice about it.

Just want to thank My tub for excellent service. I ordered a part that has now been declared obsolete by the manufacturer and My tub managed to track down the item and get it delivered to me asap. I was kept informed of the status of my order at all times and I feel I should give special praise to Christine who went above and beyond to source my item and complete my order. O.K. the order took just over a week to receive.
Please could someone advise me that what sort of period can you offer on guarantee
Does this part come from Ideal Standard or from third party
For example, there some changes on colour, its grey,and not white finish, from its exsiting and original part and the bar looks slimmer, and its down size on the actual blue float.

goods have been ordered direct from the manufactures (ideal) there code for the item is SV81767. Ideal have advised that system fittings have a 5 year warranty.

Ordered an item (3 way inlet valve) for my washing machine on 22/4/2011 and did not receive the item until 10/06/2011.Although Jeanette kept me informed and always emailed back, I received a faulty/broken item twice (packaging was not very good). Wasting money on the laundrette I finally arranged myself to collect the item from the local parts center. Meanwhile the washing machine motor had rusted and when fitted the item the washing machine was broken. In the end I bought a new washing machine and my advise is to go to your local parts center rather than going through this website. VERY DISAPPOINTING!
