I googled this item and saw your website came up saying £25.91 door to door. When I ordered the item I noticed you added VAT. It said free delivery. Now I get an email saying I owe £7.95 Delivery VAT. I believe this is misinterpretation. I have never ordered an item anywhere before where delivery charge does not come up at the time of ordering and then told later I owe for delivery. Unless I can get this item for Free Deliveyr please cancel my order.

I found your staff exceptionally helpful and very pleasant to deal with. Rachel went out of her way to help me and I am glad to say that the item was delivered early on the Friday which allowed me to sort out my bathroom before our guests arrived. first class service right up to the point of delivery... the delivery guy was in my wife's words "the rudest delivery, i have ever had", the guy just grunted "sign ere..." my wife then asked if he had a pen and he just said "no".... he then mopped off to the van and then put the package on the floor by the door and walked off!!!! seriously no manners.... sorry to say this would put me off using you again.
