The item I ordered was not in stock, but I was kept informed about progress and then given a date for delivery. Item has now been fitted and is good.

Order was delivered to a neighbour. When I received it it was sans any packaging other than being in an opened plastic bag, but appears to be complete 5 individual items with the delivery note separate.

After ordering, I was kept upt0 date as it was processed and estimated delivery set. As this was finalised, I was given the actual delivery date the same and it was promptly delivered. The item was as described, undamaged, complete and the price was very good. I am a very happy customer because I shopped around and discovered a good supplier. Delivery was later and was delivered to the wrong address despite our address details being all over the paperwork and parcel.
