Items were correct as per description and price point was great. However the 3 weeks for delivery of complete order seems was excessive.

Superb, thanks. Very customer centric. My son discovered a broken toilet seat on a Tuesday Morning. I found a replacement seat with you via web and it was with me and fitted by Thursday. Very good service and at a very competitive price. Your regular email updates re order status is an excellent idea. You need a simple postal mail option for small items.
