I have bought numerous items for my gas fire and have always had very good service. Mytub is also the only place I can find that sell the items I require for my gas fire, even the makers dont stock spares for my particular fire. I was very surprised to find the ceramic basin was shipped without any pagaging or protection - a risky strategy I would think.
