Having waited in all day I received a phone call from the carrier stating that you had sent 1 by 1 unit instead of 1 by 4 pack of water filters. Is this correct. They also state that delivery will be some time tomorrow. Apart from this problem it has been a pleasure dealing with you. I appreciate being kept informed as to order updates

The manufacturer in error thought there was only item on your order and so only sent us one filter. The branch say they sent the one item to yourself until the others came into stock. Yours was one of very few companies offering the pump I wanted, and the only company offering the Pegler isolating valves in 28mm. I have bookmarked you because of the comprehensive nature of your list.
That the valves were a little slow in arriving was no surprise given their apparent rarity and that caused no hold-up in any case.

Goods received OK but did take over 2 weeks to arrive.
Messages emailed through saying "Delivery: estimated to be confirmed at a later date" with a date is confusing. I think it meant "Delivery estimated to be .. with the date
Did get apology for delay as product was out of stock and when email was received a few days later to confirm delivery goods arrived within a few mins
