On ordering I was given an estimated delivery date and the day before delivery an email arrived confirming the delivery - this is a great service. First class product, accurately described, fairly priced and very promptly delivered. However, I did think that the delivery charge was too high. I think that there should have been an option for a lower delivery charge, combined with a longer wait for delivery. Certainly, I was in no hurry - but had no option.
