I initially phoned for information and received very helpful advice, and was able to order the goods online and arrange local delivery at no extra cost. Very good products and services, but i think the website design lets you down, spend some money on making it more easier to use, for example you want a shower tray, but you have to go through 20 odd other links,
more pictures and groupings needed. too much options,
apart form the website the phones service was very good and helpfull.
