We were let down badly by another supplier and needed our high cistern urgently because we had fitters already on site. MyTub were great - unlike other suppliers, I was able to talk to an actual human who confirmed they had the part and was able to give an accurate delivery estimate, which was a big relief. In the end, they beat their estimate by a couple of days - it arrived the next day. Would totally use MyTub again.

We had excellent service from My Tub. From placing the order to the delivery of the bidet everything went as planned.

Very competitive pricing compaed with what I was able to find on the high street or in Bath stores on the internet. Equal I suspect to trade prices. Quality delivery service and on time. Very good ta!!!!!!!!
