I really appreciate the care that your staff took to identify a way that I could get the items and the courtesy with which they notified me. Excellent service. The item ordered was a specialist item and arrived exactly as stated in the email notification. The price was cheaper other sites and significantly cheaper than local distributor.

Very good communication and prompt replies. Slow delivery: order placed on 2nd delivery first stated to be 16th, then confirmed 10th, finally 20th.

delivery was very slow. It took 10 days from ordering to my door, which very slow if you need something urgent. the ordering on the net itself was easy.
Would think twice if I needed something in a hurry

HI.. Thanks , we received the part. A bit disappointed that the part took longer that the original estimated time because my customer had 2 options -
One supplier was cheaper but estimated a longer delivery period by a few days and your product was dearer but estimated a quicker delivery. So he chose the dearer but quicker delivery option which ended up taking longer than the other cheaper supplier had advised.
I appreciate that your delivery time is an estimate, but shame it couldnt have been a bit more realistic.
