Received geberit concealed cistern within 5 days, tried to fit Saturday and found part missing. Had to wait till Monday to advise of this missing part. I was told to leave it with customer services and they would get back to me. In the meantime I spoke to the manufacturer and received the part next day. Four days past not a word from My Tub. Well done Geberit not so well done my tub, just a call to say what was happening might have helped

Excellent service from start to finish. When I phoned with an initial query it was dealt with very promptly and I was kept informed of the delivery date throughout the whole process. Delivery arrived exactly when I was told it would. Thank you very much.

I really appreciate the care that your staff took to identify a way that I could get the items and the courtesy with which they notified me. Excellent service in terms of updates on the expected delivery date to the store where I picked up the item. The lead time was a bit longer than I might of hoped but I was warned of that as soon as the order was placed and so not a great problem. Excellent value for money - about half the price of other quotes I had for the identical item.
