We ordered a toilet seat which we believe is now discontinued, with my tub.co.uk and although it took some time before delivery they kept me informed at all times and the order arrived as promised. Hi,
Items were delivered in good time, however one point I would like to make is that the 3m length of chrome plated copper tube was in fact 2x 1.5m lengths.
For me, this is fine as the tube is intended to be cut into 3 pieces for supplying a chrome towel rail and supply into a shower, however for someone else this could have affected their installation.
Can you identify this some how withinthe detail on your website or even sell it in 1.5m lengths instead of 1x 3m length
Otherwise, everything was as expected.

The order was processed quickly and delivered on the day which was emailed to me.
The address given to the driver via the delivery note did not however have the correct house number. Im sure I printed the address correctly. The driver phoned me and I was able to give the correct house number.
