Delivery was very slow I order the shower screen on the 290611 and it was ready for me to pick up on 040811.The screen is just what i wanted and I am very pleased with it worth the wait.

Many thanks for all your help in securing the special bath needed. Your price was by far the cheapest, but above all the advise and service was first class Steve callbacks and updates was a level of customer service I had forgotten existed. I would be happy to recommend My Tub to anyone.

I had a really great experience with MyTub and would definitely recommend. I wanted a plinth heater and accessories but was struggling to find the particular model I wanted anywhere and the one place I did find it, it was at a hugely inflated price. Im so pleased I found MyTub. I gave them a call and after holding for a short time theyd sourced my product and said they could provide it at a much more competitive price than Id found elsewhere. Perfect! It was delivered a few days later and was just what I wanted. A really great experience and very much appreciated. Thanks.

Best service ever!! A well-known gas supplier condemned my boiler because of supposed obsolete parts. Great service and assistance from your staff in Whitley Bay they could not have been more helpful. You were however let down badly by the Plumb Centre in Burnt Common near Guildford Surrey. I eventually had to go there to collect the basin because allegedly their driver could not find the house. It is on one of the main roads in Woking, to get into Woking from Burnt Common 3 miles he has to drive along part of it. I was told the goods were awaiting collection, went and found them still to be in the van on another random walk around Woking. When the driver returned I asked him what had gone wrong he said he got the first 50 yards along Old Woking Road, his sat nav told him to stop at the takeaway chinese so he did and gave up. Other staff including the manager tell me he was removed f
