Lovely company to deal with, although the item went astray, the staff kept me up to date with progress without me having to chase it myself. First class product, accurately described, fairly priced and very promptly delivered. However, I did think that the delivery charge was too high. I think that there should have been an option for a lower delivery charge, combined with a longer wait for delivery. Certainly, I was in no hurry - but had no option.
