Laurie was brilliant. The item I wanted was obsolete but 1 was available, I couldnt order it on the website , laurie enabled it while I was on teh phone to him. The lid on the loo seat broke but I could not find the correct replacement for ages

Spoke to someone helpful who explained how to remove the old seat and lid which I did while he was on the phone giving instructions
