Once again the goods, when they arrived, were as expected but delivery dates slipped a lot from the original date at payment. I found your service excellent, the part I ordered was out of date and your web site did take my money without telling me this. But it was picked up and dealt with by your team. Ive now ordered a new PCB but unfortualty gone else where, after talking to one of your sales people. Most of your competitors prices where between £141 and £149 before VAT and yours was £181. I would have paid £150 becuase I liked your service so much.

I cannot praise the service at MyTub highly enough. I was looking for an obsolete part for a Baxi fire and they were able to onfirm that they had one in stock.
Unfortunately there was a problem with the courier service, but when I contacted Customer Service at MyTub to enquire, Christine chased up the courier and I received the part 2 days later.
