Apart from a misunderstanding regarding delivery dates, which may have been my fault, your communication was friendly and informative, which we appreciate. We did enquire whether there was a more efficient way of you sending a very small product to us in the post so my only suggestion would be a more economic postage price in addition to your standard. Got part but feel delivery cost was excessive it was near as much as the product.
You need a simple postal mail option for small items.

I order from MyTub Ltd at least a few times a year. The website couldnt be simpler to use and my order is always delivered to me without any problems or delay. I have never had cause to complain about any of the products that MyTub Ltd supply. Thank you.

Delivery a day earlier than estimated but cost was ridiculous as it was a special order. I will not do that again.

I was tolda that the item was out of stock after ordering it. I would have to wait a month for it to arrive. However, when this issue was raised, I got excellent customer service and the order was cancelled and money returned.
