We were happy with the purchasing process, it was only the delay in receiving a delivery date that caused us a problem as we had a building project on and there was a chance that we needed to reschedule other tradesman. We were let down badly by another supplier and needed our high cistern urgently because we had fitters already on site. In the end, they beat their estimate by a couple of days - it arrived the next day. Would totally use MyTub again.
