I only bought a replacement cistern lever for my Tiffany Suite but I was impressed with the level of service I got. Great service. Fast and efficient. However, the box the item arrived in was 10 times bigger than the item. The item was marked “fragile” - but there was no packing in the box to prevent it banging about inside it. Photo available if wanted.
