I was pleased overall with my purchases. I did have a couple of questions about the products and delivery time which were answered although this took quite a long time. Quick service goods exactly as described. I think that Carriage charge was excessive for such a small lightweight item. Should be an option for second class postage as not all customers are in a hurry to receive items ordered.
