Great service. Fast and efficient. However, the box the item arrived in was 10 times bigger than the item. The item was marked āfragileā - but there was no packing in the box to prevent it banging about inside it. Photo available if wanted.

Delivered item in bubble wrap in plastic bag, delivery driver opened bag so i could inspect items2 aerator tubes ok because these are quite fragile.but no problems,good coms del on time, items as ordered.

Certainly prices for the Mira spares I required to stop my shower dripping were the best on the web (though not by that much), however what a slow delivery service! Why 10 days for small items? In the end I went elsewhere and had the shower repaired and drip free before the order arrived.
