I ordered an Astracast sink on Monday evening and it was delivered Friday morning. Im happy with that turnaround time, however the sink didnt have a waste kit with it. Now that I search your site I find it for around £5, but would have to pay £12 to get it delivered. The waste kit page for WK0285 has a link to an Astracast pdf spec where I can see exactly which sinks come with a waste kit included, and for those that dont, the corresponding waste kit code to order. If that same pdf link was on the web page for SX0843SX sink that I ordered, then I would have worked this out and ordered the waste kit too. Or, as with other sites, it would be useful to have a related products link, as I cant imagine there are many people that want to buy a sink without its associated waste kit. Now although

I had a really great experience with MyTub and would definitely recommend. I wanted a plinth heater and accessories but was struggling to find the particular model I wanted anywhere and the one place I did find it, it was at a hugely inflated price. I found the service excellent ordering at 2pm and having delivery for 9am the next day, especially as we required the thermocouple urgently, the only thing i would suggest is if the items could have had a picture also just make sure it looks the same because I found with my searches that my particular item varied a great deal for the same model fire and it would help tremendously to be confident of ordering the correct item.

Although I find the service you provide in responding to, and following up on, orders to be very good, your website is most confusing. There is far too much peripheral clutter, but where precise detail matters, as in giving sufficient detail of individual items available (the different types of P trap lavatory, for example), there is only the vaguest information. Thus I ended up ordering the wrong type of lavatory for my existing system. My plumber will work his way round this, but all the same I feel let down.

Top notch for parts accuracy and delivery! I had a broken Mira shower constantly leaking. Other suppliers quoted 23 week delivery obsolete model, sir. MyTub found the part and promised 48 hour delivery for an extra £10 it was deivered the next day. Highly recommended.
