First class helpful service. I was looking for a part that may companies had said was obsolete, however MyTub, quickly sourced one and dispatched it. This is how the goods come to us from the manufactures. As we do not use couriers services the goods are delivered with great care and no need to be packed up to withstand getting kicked around a depot.

Not happy. My original fire was couriered to me yet replacement coals cant be wrapped in bubble wrap and posted. i have to travel to pick them up from a store. How did they arrive to the store - by magic carpet
