The original taps ordered were discontinuid and after searches alternatine replacements bathroom mixer taps from other makes were recommended. I was very surprised to find the ceramic basin was shipped without any pagaging or protection - a risky strategy I would think.

The supply of sanitaryware comes from the manufacture without packing we also use internal transport rather than couriers which is why the items get there in one piece.
